🚚 Shipping Policy

At Print-A-Paw, every keepsake is crafted with care — and that begins the moment you place your order.

🐾 Step 1: Ink Pad Kit Delivery

After you place your order, we’ll send you our Ink Pad Kit via Royal Mail 48. This will arrive with everything you need to capture your pet’s paw print, including:

  • 2X clean-touch ink pads, special paper. 

  • Easy-to-follow instructions.

  • A prepaid return label to send the print back to us.

✉️ Step 2: Return Your Paw Print

Once you've taken your pet’s paw print, simply use the included return label and send it back to us. We recommend doing this as soon as possible to avoid delays.

🛠️ Step 3: Keepsake Creation

After we receive your returned paw print, our team will begin crafting your custom keepsake.
Please allow up to 5 working days for design, production, and 3D printing — each piece is carefully made just for you.

📦 Step 4: Final Delivery

Once your keepsake is complete, it will be dispatched via Royal Mail 48, and you can expect delivery within 48 hours from dispatch.

We’ll keep you updated at each stage of the process, so you’re never left wondering where things stand.
